House Rules
- Do clean and clear trash after usage so that the next person using will have a awesome experience like you.
- We need 4days advance booking for after office hours usage between 6pm -8am.
- This unit location building does not allow Instruments creating high audible sounds.
- To be considerate to all our good neighbour’s and people around us, any form of music, dance, exercises, parties, study sessions, meeting, office usage etc should maintain a manageable audible volume.
- Always close the curtains to reduce the sound.
- All units are monitored for security.
Payment Policy
Deferred Payment
For all bookings, we will only charge you when your booking date is 30 days away. If less than 2 bookings made in your order are within 30 days from the time when the order is approved, the first 2 bookings will be charged in advance. Standard cancellation policy applies.
Cancelation Policy
Guests will be able to cancel anytime before the order is approved by the host.
If the order has been approved, guests may cancel each booking listed under their order if all of the following conditions are met:
- Refund request is made within 24 hours from the time which the order is approved
- The Booking is more than 30 days from the date which the refund request is made
All other cancellation request is subjected to case by case consideration basis.
