Yes u can. Do let us have the vendor engaging company name, contact person, Time in and time out so that we can inform building security. All external items must be remove and space to be cleaned as what u see when you enter. 
All big item trash tobe disposed off at building Basement 2 Waste disposal area near the Loading Bay/next to Tower 1 B2 carpark entrance. No Trash are tobe disposed in the common toilets, toilet bins and was area. there will be a fine impose if its detected. We practice responsibility to bring home own trash for the good of better environment.
Yes you can for Monday- Sat 8am-8pm. Other hours before 8am and after 8pm unfortunately we need 1 day in advance notice.
Yes. Its wheelchair and bicycle friendly.

No.

All guest and visitors to inform level 1 counter that they are visiting 04-71. They will be told to register or they will be guided to the lift to access 04-71.
From the lift, tap your fingers on the glass panel and choose level 1 (L1). It will take you to the ground floor. If visitors registered are provided with a card, drop into the gantry slot and the gate will open.
Yes. But we try our best to be as considerate to our neighbour’s due to the fact there are instruments creates higher audible sounds thus wil recommend after office hours booking.

“All visitors who book to use this 04-71 are free to use below but return all to original position after usage so that the next group can experience the same tidy unit as you have.

You will need to add in extra timing for external vendor to clear the unit. No additional fees.
Any damages will be borne by the person who booked. Its the responsibility for all to take care of the unit so that all who use will enjoy the multipurpose space.
Case to case basis. you can reschedule to another available slot but this will not be encourage. You have to inform us 1 week in advance for reschedule date.
Yes there is a default Bluetooth LG sound bar and also a bluetooth soundcore speaker
Unfortunatly USB unable tobe use. Only Bluetooth connection.
04-71 multipurpose unit is 560sqft. Dimension are Length 10meters x Breath 4.5meters x Height 3.5 meters
Yes. There is complimentary interent service for all to use but rememeber DO NOT abuse this previledge.
Yes you can as you have booked the time slot. Just remember to make sure the glass door is locked.
Yes there is internet and can use for online meetings. Do take note to reduce the resolution of the streaming so that you will have a better streaming experience.
Yes you can but it will not be ideal as there will be some latenancy.
Small drums or music instrucments are ok but try to reduce the audible sound. We will want to be considerate to our friendly neighbours.

No. as such instrucments will create very high audible sounds. No Jamming as this unit is not sound proof and we will want to be considerate to our friendly neighbours.
Yes. Any vendors engaged you must advice 4days in advance company name, contact person, time in and time out so that we can inform the building management prior to the date.
Yes. Take not we have benches and table to use for pop up tuition classes. Aircon environment and with internet access.
Yes there is a centralise aircon.
There are only common toilets on the same level for ladies and gents next to the lift lobby.
Access pin will be forwarded 1 hour before the start time or you can contact the host.

oh no… not to be afraid. Just whatsapp us 1st and we will acknowledge that you will tap on the “bell”.  After the acknowledgement, tap gently on the ” bell ” icon once and you will hear a “ting tong” chime. Wait for a while for us to open the door remotely.  You will hear a click sound that it’s unlock before pushing the door open. (be gentle to the door lock ya…. )

During office hours 8am-8pm inform us immediately and we will get the technicians to check asap. Take note: If you booked before 8am or after 8pm the aircon will stop 15mins after your booked end time.

Yes. There is a small portable projector for all to use when booked. But do place back to the original location after use.

Yes. But make sure you clear all bulky trash at basement 2 waste disposal area and keep the place clean at all times. Do not throw into the toilet bins.

Yes. The level toilets for Ladies and Gents are on the same level. Next to the lift.

Yes. The walls are mat white and there are blinds to reduce the lights coming in.  Unit light switches can be controlled.

Yes. Full height mirrors and stretches from left to right side of the wall.
Yes. There are curtains to block out anyone from the unit and also ceiling to floor blinds.
Yes. But recommended only for martial arts without any instruments. Number of people in the studio depends on what kind of martial art are being practice.
Yes. You can book whole day for the multipurpose studio/office daily.

Yes. We operate 24 hours but do let us know for hours from 8pm – the following day 8am usage time as we need 3 days in advance to turn on the aircon for use.

Not suitable as the ceiling height is about 3.5 – 4meters only. There are lights, aircon duct and ceiling speakers that may be in the way.

Yes. Ample space for team bonding with activities. Such event will be up to 20-25 comfortably.

No. For hygiene reason we encourage all to bring your own mats and props for your activities.

No. Due to the fact the space are used for many types of activities thus no reformer for yoga. Recommended mat yoga.

No, you cannot adjust the temperature of the aircon as it’s a centralise aircon. Temperature are preset. Make sure the door are closed so that the ambience of the unit will reach its ideal set temperature.

No. you can only open and access using the left side of the glass door. The other door is permanently lock. If required to open both do inform us 3 days in advance.
Yes you can connect via bluetooth. Take note some older laptops or mobile may not be able to connect due to the age of the bluetooth hardware or bluetooth software. Specs dependent of your laptop and bluetooth.

Yes. Comfortably 25-30 pax but if possible you can arrange visitors in batches to prevent over crowding.

Unfortunately No, as this unit is not sound proof. We have to advice all to keep to a lower audible level so that we won’t disturb our friendly neighbours.

It’s a 5 mins walk from woodlands MRT and woodlands bus interchange which is super accessible.
It’s located next to causeway point shopping centre and woodlands civic centre. A stone throw away from woodlands MRT and interchange.
